Account Closure & Suspension
jtea7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

- Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

If an account is closed, any available balance (legitimately earned, without rule violations) will be returned. However, the balance may be forfeited in cases of fraud.
Financial Transactions
Deposit Rules
The following rules apply to depositing funds on jtea7:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (by any method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.).
- Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.
- If a technical issue occurs during a deposit, contact the support team immediately.
Withdrawal Rules
All terms related to withdrawals are listed below:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- The wagering requirement on any bonus must be fulfilled before withdrawing (see Section 7 for details).
- Large withdrawals may be held if account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
- If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, a withdrawal may be suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus Terms
New users on jtea7 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The detailed terms of the bonus are as follows:
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳17,000.
- A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
- The bonus is for personal use only — it is non-transferable.
Specific terms apply to all promotions. jtea7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
VIP & Cashback Program
jtea7's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. Once cashback is credited to your account, it can be used like a regular balance. Full cashback terms are detailed on the VIP program page.
Gaming Rules

- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
